Refund policy

At GST Tool, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience while using our software service. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Refunds will only be provided for payments made through Payment Gateway. If you have made a payment using any other method, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You have purchased a paid plan or package on GSTTool.
  • You have not used the software service for more than 7 days after the date of purchase.
  • You have encountered a technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • You have contacted our support team within 7 days of the date of purchase.
  • You have provided us with sufficient evidence of the technical issue and the steps taken to resolve it.

Refund Process

If you meet the above conditions, please contact our support team at support@gsttool.in with your refund request. We will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 7-14 business days.

Please note that if you have used the software service for more than 7 days after the date of purchase or if the technical issue can be resolved by our support team, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect any fraudulent activity or misuse of our software service.
